How to get an access code

Access codes are issued by email. No payment is taken on this website.

1. Send us an emailTell us which plan you need and your name.
2. We reply with the payment detailsThey come only from the address above.
3. Pay, then reply with a screenshot of the paymentReply in the same email conversation so we can match it to your request.
4. We reply with your access codeThe 16-character code is sent to the same email address once the payment has been confirmed.
5. Enter the codeUse it when you create your account. If you already have an account, add it on the Account page.

• Use the same email address for the whole conversation. Your access code is sent only to that address.
• Payment details are sent only from hello@jdx.lol. Do not pay anyone who contacts you from another address or by phone.
• Your payment is a fee for using this online service (software development, hosting and data-centre services, domain services and maintenance). It is not a purchase of data.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. Please read the Terms of Service before you pay.
• A code works once, on one account.
