Terms of Service

Version 2026-10.3 · These terms apply to every account on Lead Finder.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Lead Finder (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "We" and "us" mean the operators of Lead Finder. "You" means the person or business that holds the account. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Service for business purposes.

2. The Service

The Service is an online software tool. At your request it searches publicly available business information and shows you the results. The information is provided "as is". We do not create, verify or guarantee it: it may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and it may not be suitable for your purpose. We may change, limit or withdraw any part of the Service at any time.

3. What you pay for

• Your payment is a service fee. It goes towards software development, hosting and data-centre services, domain services and the maintenance of this platform.
• You are paying for the use of a tool, not for data. Nothing is sold, licensed or transferred to you as a data product. You do not buy a database, a list, or any ownership or exclusive right in any information shown by the Service.
• The results belong to the businesses and sources they come from. You are responsible for checking that your use of them is allowed.

4. Access codes and payment

• Access is provided through prepaid access codes. A code can be used once, on one account, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• Codes are requested and issued by email only. You write to our contact email address (hello@jdx.lol); we reply with the payment details; you reply to the same conversation with proof of payment; and once the payment has been confirmed, the access code is sent to that same email address. No payment is taken on this website.
• Payment details are sent only from our contact email address. We are not responsible for payments made to anyone else, or for a code that cannot be issued because the payment could not be confirmed.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes unused leads, unused days, plans that expire, and accounts that are suspended or closed.
• A plan ends when its lead balance is used up or its period ends, whichever comes first.

5. Free demo

A demo account, where offered, is free, limited in results and features, and marked "DEMO VERSION". It is provided only so you can evaluate the Service, without any warranty or commitment, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. One demo per person or business.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree that you will not:

• use any information from the Service for fraud, scams, deception, harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose;
• send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or contact anyone in breach of telemarketing, do-not-disturb, anti-spam, privacy or data-protection laws;
• resell, publish, share, or redistribute the information, or use it to build a competing product or database;
• share your account, or access the Service by automated means, or attempt to bypass its limits or security.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law before contacting a person or business, and for honouring opt-out requests.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason, and without prior notice. No refund is due when an account is suspended or closed.

8. Your responsibility and indemnity

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and the information obtained through it, and for all legal consequences of that use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of Lead Finder, the owner of this website and domain, the developer of the software, the hosting and data-centre providers, the recipient of your payment, and their owners, staff and partners, against all claims, losses, penalties, fines, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service or the information, or from your breach of these terms or of any law.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operators of Lead Finder, the owner of this website and domain, the developer of the software, the hosting and data-centre providers, and the recipient of your payment are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the access code in use at the time the claim arose.

10. Availability of results

Search results stay in your account for a limited period (normally 30 days). Download the results you need while they are available.

11. Records and your account details

When you accept these terms or add an access code, we record the date and time, the version of the terms, and technical details such as your IP address, as proof of your agreement. We keep your name, email address and mobile number to run your account and to meet legal obligations, and we may disclose account and usage records where the law requires it. You agree that this electronic acceptance is binding.

12. Removal requests

A business that wants its details left out of results, or anyone who wishes to report misuse of the Service, can write to our contact email address. We may remove information or suspend an account in response.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When they change, you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue to use the Service. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Sangrur have exclusive jurisdiction.
